We support rural communities using research-based approaches so they can realise their potential and take part in the decisions that shape their empowerment.

We ground every program in evidence and the lived realities of the communities we work with, so the response fits the actual need.

The people closest to a problem lead the solution. We work through local women and youth groups, never around them.

Skilling & livelihoods
We turn knowledge into income, from making liquid soap and school chalk to smart agriculture and micro loans.

Supplementing government
Since 2021 we have supported schools, community groups and teenage mothers, complementing national programs.
